A Symphony of Flavors: Our Coffee Varieties
Ethiopia is a land of stunning diversity, and its coffees are no exception. We proudly source and supply a variety of celebrated single-origin beans, each with a unique story and flavor profile. We offer a full range of specialty grades, from G1 (Grade 1 Specialty) to G5 (Commercial Grade), to meet your specific quality and pricing needs.
Control over the supply chain is our promise of quality. We have invested in state-of-the-art infrastructure at every critical stage to ensure the coffee you receive is consistent, clean, and exceptional.
Our hands-on approach begins at our three primary washing stations located in Chora, Yayu, and Sembo within the highlands of the Ilubabor zone. Additionally, we also partner with coffee washers in Sidamo. A fourth station is currently under construction in Hurumu to expand our reach and capacity. This direct involvement allows us to manage quality right from the cherry.
- Yirgacheffe: World-renowned for its delicate, sweet flavor and aroma with bright floral and citrus notes.
- Sidamo: Characterized by its rich body, crisp acidity, and a vibrant floral and citrus profile.
- Guji: Complex and aromatic, often delivering sweet fruit-forward notes of berry and peach with a floral finish.
- Limmu: A well-balanced coffee with a mild, pleasant sweetness and a distinct winey flavor.
- Jimma: A classic Ethiopian coffee known for its full body and rich, spicy, or chocolatey notes.
- Nekemte: Famous for its bold, fruity flavors, pleasant acidity, and a smooth, lasting finish.
- Kaffa: From the fabled birthplace of coffee itself, offering a wild and complex profile with spicy and fruity undertones.

Sourcing & Washing

Cleaning & Sorting
After the on site collection and washing on thehighlands, our coffee is transported to our dedicated cleaning and packing warehouse near Addis Ababa, in Gelan. Here, it undergoes a final, meticulous process of sorting, grading, and bagging, ensuring it meets the highest international standards for export. All of our shipment originates from Gelan then comes to you.
Export & Logistics
With our head office in the capital, we efficiently manage all logistics to deliver our premium green coffee beans to roasters and international buyers worldwide, preserving freshness and quality every step of the way. We use modern tracking enterprise resource management systems to handle customer relationship commodity trading.
